Acts 2:19-21
God says, in the last days…
I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke. The sun will be turned to darkness, and the moon to blood, before the coming of the great and glorious Day of the Lord. and everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.
Add to the fires, a global pandemic, civil unrest, anger, and conflict.
People are wondering, what is going on? What is happening?
Without a doubt, we are living in the last days. Every day we are one day closer to the return of the Lord.
But more important than identifying the prophetic significance of the season, believers need to live lives of “readiness”.
Live a life that is READY for the Lord’s return.
This means, putting our lives in order spiritually
This means putting our lives in order, relationally
Readiness is living out our values and priorities.
Readiness is letting God’s love rule and reign in our hearts as we spread the Good News.
So focus on readiness and God will use you to encourage others who need hope in the face of fear and hatred.
Spread hope in anticipation of the great and glorious Day of the Lord.
