Dear Faith Center:

This weekend is communion and the second week of Advent. The online service will be special – you will not want to miss it. Have communion ready at home, along with a candle for the Advent lighting.

Heidi and I have been in prayerful conversations with our County, church council, and staff, regarding reopening, once again.
As a church, our mission is to lead people into a thriving relationship with Jesus by gathering, growing, and going in God’s love.
Our online services have never stopped, and are the best option, for many people. If that is you, thank you for connecting with us in this way. We strive to offer online ministry with excellence, especially for those who choose to shelter in place and remain at home for the duration of the pandemic.

For others, gathering in person provides an essential connection to God and to community. Some lack the technology to access online services. Many feel that the benefits of being together far outweigh the risk. We believe that it is within our constitutional right to assemble, as the Supreme Court has affirmed twice during the past week.

Therefore, our services will be offered online and in-person, starting on December 13th.
We will do so while observing safety measures of 25% capacity, wearing masks, and socially distancing in order to minimize the risk.
So, we are reopening again, and we will remain open through the duration of the pandemic.
We encourage you to do what is best for you, your family, your health, and your spiritual life.
There are different responses for different needs.

We look forward to being with you again, both in person and online, starting next week on Sunday, December 13th at 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. (No service on the 12th because of the Trucker’s Parade). We are going back to our regular service schedule, Saturday nights at 6 p.m., and Sundays at 9:30 and 11:00 a.m.

This year we are having candlelight services on Christmas Eve at 3 p.m., 4:30, and 6:00 p.m.
These will be online and in person.

Thank you again for your support, prayers, and understanding during these challenging times!
